Any stains on the carpet will be treated prior to cleaning as I carry a wide range of spotters to deal with all type of stains that you can find on carpets through those little mishaps. I use environmentally friendly chemicals and I will move the furniture about also before pre spraying your carpet with the cleaning chemical and then agitating the fibres to loosen the dirt prior to extraction.  I will complete the process by drying off the carpet to prevent any shrinkage.
